Let it Snow

Hello, MoonFlower fans!  It is my turn to bring you a little inspiration using Snowflake Fairy.  She is a gorgeous new digital stamp from Andreia.

I colored Snowflake Fairy using Copic markers.  Her dress ended up a bit darker than I intended, but in the end, I am still happy with how it turned out.  I used clear Wink of Stella on her wings, snowflakes, and dress trim, but it is so hard to capture in a picture.

The sentiment was created using the Silhouette software.  I am learning more and more about what I can do with it an it is very exciting!  The background was also a Silhouette cut.  If you want more information, you can pop over to my blog for all of the details.

Don't forget to subscribe to the emails if you haven't already.  You will receive a new freebie each month before the image is available in the store.  Plus you will receive a coupon code for the shop.  Just pop over to the website and enter your email in the form at the bottom of the page.  Once you confirm your email, you will receive the current freebie.

We have a Facebook group where you can show off your MoonFlower Digital Stamps projects and participate in our challenge.  If you are on Facebook, we would love to see you there!

Snowflake Fairy- DT Lynda's Inspiration

Wow, can you believe this time next week the Christmas festivities will be coming to a close and we will be looking to a new year?! This year seems to have flown so fast! It feels far too mild to be winter here in the UK, but with the gorgeous Snowflake Fairy I could almost believe she could conjure me up a white Christmas.

I coloured her in copics, and added some sliver stickles wherever I could to really make her sparkle! The background was created using a tree scene mask, gently brushed over with tumbled glass distress ink.

I mounted her on a stepper card and embellished with a snowflake border over pretty papers.

I am constantly in awe of Andreia's ability to create the most stunning digi stamps. She has an amazing talent and her images are so unique. There are some gorgeous ones to choose from in the digi shop so do take a look. We would love to see your creations and you are very welcome to share them over on our Facebook Page. There is a competition running there at the moment with the theme 'Frozen Christmas' so join in if you can!

I'll take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas and New Year. I hope it is filled with special memory making for you all ( and some new crafty goodies if Santa is kind!)

Have fun!

Christmas Elf

Hello everyone!  Rae Ann here with some inspiration for you today using Gina Christmas Elf.

As I was digging through my scrap stash, I saw this paper and knew I wanted to use it with Gina Christmas Elf.  I am not a fan of the traditional red and green for Christmas, but I do love red and aqua!  Then I remembered I bought the adorable gingerbread man brads on clearance!  I knew I had the makings of a card then. =P

I colored Gina Christmas Elf with Copics and cut the die from a piece of red glitter card stock.  Unfortunately, it sheds really badly and I am still finding red glitter in places I shouldn't have glitter!  Ah well...guess I am looking super festive. =)

You can find Gina Christmas Elf in the shop.  While you are there, have a look at all of the other amazing digi stamps Andreia has created.  So beautifully detailed!  You can get one stamp for free each month just by signing up for the newsletter.  Pop over to the website and enter your email address in the form at the bottom of the page.  Watch for an email confirming your subscription.  If you don't click that link, you won't be subscribed and won't receive MoonFlower goodies each month.  This is the freebie you will receive once you confirm your subscription as long as you subscribe before December 15th.

Isn't she adorable?!

Once you get your monthly freebie, come join us in the MoonFlower Digital Stamps group on Facebook.  You can share your project and see lots of other lovely projects that are shared.  Andreia has even been know to do a giveaway or two on occasion!

I look forward to seeing all of your wonderful creations!

Tumbelina - Tina's DT inspiration

Hello crafty friends! My Name is Tina and
I am posting today for the first time as a Design Team member for MoonFlower Digis
I am excited Andreia asked me to join her fabulous team.

Here's a little about me...I am married to the most awesome man EVER. We were best friends during High School and hooked up several years after we graduated. We have 4 children. One boy (15) and three girls (13, 8, and 4). We live in Palmer, Alaska U.S.A. and love it. It is absolutely gorgeous here. I started a blog in April 2013 which you can find HERE. Since then I have learned a ton about crafting. It wasn't until December of last year that I learned what a digi stamp was. (I know...where have I been!?!?) I quickly fell in love with them. In September of this year my husband bought me a bunch of Copic markers for our anniversary. (See, best guy ever) I am enjoying learning how to use them! My 8 year old,Kylah is my little crafting buddy. She has her own set of Spectrum Noir markers and enjoys coloring with me.

Ok, enough about me...Let me show you my project using the beautiful Tumbelina image.

Isn't Tumbelina just gorgeous!?! I colored her with Copic markers and added Stardust Stickles to her wings and the tips of the flowers.

If you are on Facebook, stop by the MoonFlower Page and share your beautiful creations with us.
